Sign in to see what you are subscribed to, cancel a subscription, or permanently delete your account and everything stored with it.

Delete some of your data
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove things from it. Each of these is done in the app and takes effect immediately:
- Delete a file in your SolaScribe cloud (a note, document, whiteboard or voice memo) — it is removed from our servers, with its recordings, images and attachments.
- Delete a voice memo's transcript or summary — it is removed with the next save.
- Sign out of all devices — ends every session other than the one you are using.
Files kept only on your device never reach our servers. If you would rather we removed something for you, email support@solascribe.com from your account address and we will action it.
Delete your account
This cannot be undone. Your account, your cloud files (notes, documents, whiteboards and voice memos, with their recordings, transcripts, images and attachments), your AI history and uploads, and your settings are all permanently deleted. You will be signed out everywhere.
Kept: an anonymised record of past transactions, retained for seven years because tax and accounting law requires it, then deleted. It holds no personal details and is not linked to you — only the transaction itself, so a charge can be reconciled if an authority asks.
